Turnkey plant for processing goat milk KMK "Nadezhdensky", Russia.
Development of a project for the integrated processing of goat milk within the framework of a farm milk processing enterprise with pedigree breeding of Saanen goats.
Profigroup acted as the general contractor for the project. The entire cycle of creating a processing enterprise includes: technology development, selection and supply of dairy equipment, installation and launch of the enterprise, technical and technological support.
The productivity of the dairy plant is 5 tons of products per day. Technologically, the enterprise can process goat and cow milk.
The maximum production capacity of KMK Nadezhdinsky LLC by type of product is:
semi-hard cheeses – 20%;
semi-soft cheeses, soft cheeses and cottage cheese – 40%;
fermented milk products – 30%;
milk – 10%
The full range of dairy products produced is:
soft, semi-soft, hard and semi-hard cheeses;
Chees Feta;
Riccotta cheese;
Mozzarella cheese in whey;
pasteurized goat or cow milk 1%, 2.5%, 3%;
kefir;
yogurt;
cottage cheese.

Turnkey project: Integrated processing of goat milk. Mirny, res. Adygea
The entire range of work assigned to ProfiGroup includes the creation of a project, selection of equipment, technical supervision of installation and commissioning, personnel training.
According to the initial conditions, the technological scheme of the complex involves a goat farm for 2000 heads, located in close proximity to the processing line.
The planned capacity of the line is 6000 liters of raw milk per day.
To implement the task, ProfiGroup designers used food equipment from Italian manufacturers REDA, F&B Technology, AutoPac. As a result, the project for an integrated goat milk processing enterprise combined technological lines and sections that allow the production of a wide range of products:
pasteurized milk 2.5%, (goat),
kefir,
yogurt,
butter,
cottage cheese.
